A SPACE TO SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN WITHIN.

Soul Care

Gentle spiritual companionship for seasons of transition, discernment, and deeper listening

There are times in life when therapy isn’t quite what you’re seeking.

You’re not looking to fix something.
You’re longing for space.

Space to reflect.
To listen.

To connect.
To untangle what’s stirring beneath the surface.
To reconnect with God, your inner life, or a deeper sense of meaning.

A place where nothing needs to be solved — only held with care.

Soul Care sessions at Sabbatical Within offer quiet, attentive companionship for your spiritual and inner life.

A space to slow down and come home to yourself.

My Approach

A geometric outline of a crystal or gemstone with a brown outline on a black background.

Soul Care is rooted in presence, listening, and trust in the gentle stirrings within.

Rather than offering advice or direction, I walk alongside you — creating space for reflection, discernment, and gentle noticing of what God or your inner life may be inviting.

My approach is shaped by:

  • My work as a licensed therapist

  • Training in spirituality in psychotherapy and faith integration

  • Ongoing formation in Christian contemplative practice and spiritual direction.

This is not therapy or pastoral counseling, but spiritual companionship — supportive, reflective, and spacious.

Individual sessions for those seeking a safe place to process life transitions, spiritual questions, grief, longing, or discernment.

Together we slow down, listen deeply to what's stirring within. Whether you are new to spiritual reflection or have been on a lifelong path, these offerings support you in connecting with your deepest self, God’s presence, and the wisdom that arises when mind, body, and soul align.

Through one-on-one guidance, prayer (if it feels right for you), contemplative practices, and intentional reflection. Soul Care helps you:

  • Listen to your inner life and discern your next steps

  • Deepen your relationship with God and your own spiritual understanding

  • Integrate spiritual practices into daily life with embodiment and presence
