You’ve been strong for a long time.

But you’re tired of carrying it all alone.

You might be the one everyone relies on — the steady one, the capable one, the helper. The one who notices and feels everything. On the outside you’re functioning, showing up, getting things done. But inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in the same painful patterns. Relationships feel harder than they should. Life transitions feel overwhelming. You find yourself questioning who you are, what you need, or how there seems to be no room for you in your life anymore.

Sometimes we can’t even identify what is causing us to feel this way. We only know that what has worked in the past, isn’t working anymore. That patterns that once helped us survive may now be keeping us stuck.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Healing is possible. Together we can create space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, reconnect with yourself and move towards the life and relationships you want.

I offer several forms of therapy to support you in your journey, no matter where you are.

Individual Therapy for Adults and Teens

Christian counseling for women in life transtions, group therapy

You’ve tried everything you can think of, but you’re still feeling stuck.

I often work with adults and teens navigating complex trauma, anxiety or relationship patterns (such as people pleasing, overfunctioning or struggling to feel like they belong). Many are high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck on the inside.

Together, we slow things down and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Through EMDR and NARM therapy, we gently work with nervous system stress, long-held survival patterns, and experiences that haven’t yet had space to heal. Sessions are collaborative, thoughtfully paced with care and grounded in safety, helping you move toward greater ease, connection, and trust in yourself.

My work is integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, with the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM) as the foundation guiding our work together. For teens — and adults who prefer creative expression — we may also incorporate expressive arts or sand tray to help feelings and experiences emerge in ways that words sometimes can’t. (Learn more about NARM here.)

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or deeper relational wounds, therapy offers steady support and a place to come back to yourself. Faith-integrated therapy is available for those who wish to include spiritual reflection in their healing process.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Sometimes sitting still and talking feels… heavy.

You know you want support, insight, and real change — but being inside a room doesn’t always feel like the most natural place for that to happen.

Walk & Talk Therapy offers another way.

In these sessions, we move together — often outside, at a pace that feels comfortable — and allow the rhythm of walking to support emotional processing, regulation, and connection. Many people find that the combination of movement and conversation helps them access thoughts and feelings more easily, calm their nervous system, and feel less “stuck” than they do in traditional, seated therapy.

This approach is grounded in relational, experiential, somatic‑informed work, and is especially helpful for people who find themselves:

  • Feeling tense or stuck when sitting still

  • Struggling to access feeling or language in traditional talk

  • Wanting to be in motion as part of their healing process

  • Craving connection without the intensity of eye‑to‑eye in a room

  • Feeling anxious, restless, or held in their body

Walk & Talk sessions offer steady support while you’re literally in motion — helping you notice patterns, access inner experience, and integrate insight in a way that feels embodied and alive. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, this format can create a sense of ease, clarity, and grounded presence that sometimes feels harder to reach behind four walls.

Movement doesn’t replace depth — it supports it.

Parent Consults

Parenting can be deeply meaningful — and deeply overwhelming.

I often work with thoughtful, intentional parents who love their children fiercely, yet find themselves losing patience, second-guessing their instincts, or wondering, Why is this so hard sometimes?

Through an attachment and relationally-informed lens, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface — including nervous system stress, familiar patterns, and the impact of your own upbringing — so you can respond with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

Whether you’re navigating everyday challenges, healing intergenerational trauma, or parenting a child who is going through a rough season, these sessions offer steady support and practical tools to strengthen connection, repair ruptures, and reconnect with the joy in parenting.

Play Therapy

You’ve tried everything you can think of, but your child is still struggling.

I often work with children who are anxious, sensitive, or adjusting to big life changes. Sometimes kids need a safe, predictable way to express what they’re feeling — in the language that makes sense to them: play.

Through child-centered play therapy, your child leads the way while I provide attuned, steady support. Using an attachment- and relationally-informed approach, we notice what’s happening beneath the surface — nervous system stress, big emotions, or experiences they may not yet have words for — so they can feel understood, regulated, and more in control of their emotions.

Play therapy can help children regulate big feelings, build confidence, and strengthen their connections with the people they love. Learn more about play therapy here.

Whether your child is navigating everyday challenges, grief, transitions, or more complex struggles, these sessions offer a steady, nurturing space for growth, healing, and resilience.
