A SPACE FOR CONNECTION AND DEPTH WORK.

Groups & Intensives

Support for chronic stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue

There are seasons when you’re not in crisis —
but you’re not okay either.

You’re holding everything together.
Showing up for everyone else.
Managing work, family, responsibilities, and the invisible emotional labor that never seems to end.

And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.

You’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
More short-tempered than you want to be.
Running on fumes.

Not broken.
Just depleted.

A scenic beach with wet sand reflecting trees and rocks, and a small forested island or landmass with tall trees in the distance under a cloudy sky.

Groups at Sabbatical Within offer supportive spaces for rest, nervous system regulation and connection.

Intensives are designed for deeper support and focused therapeutic work.

Because rest isn’t a reward.
It’s essential care.

My Approach

A geometric outline of a d20 die used in tabletop role-playing games, with a copper or bronze appearance on a black background.

My work is rooted in nervous system science, trauma-informed care, and deep compassion.

As a licensed therapist trained in EMDR, somatic therapy & NARM, I bring clinical wisdom into restorative practices — creating spaces that feel safe, steady, and truly supportive. I offer both ongoing therapy and experiential work that support deeper healing and regualation.

Here we focus on:
• Slowing down rather than striving
• Listening to your body’s signals
• Restoring capacity
• Building sustainable rhythms of care
• Reconnecting with meaning, presence & aliveness

These offerings are experiential and supportive in nature rather than psychotherapy.

Group Offerings

Somatic Sanctuary & Deep Rest

Sandy beach with tall grasses and ocean waves in the distance under a clear sky.

A guided space to pause, breathe, and come back to your body.

Through gentle somatic practices, mindfulness, and intentional rest, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system and release accumulated stress.

Perfect if you feel wired, exhausted, or constantly “on.”

Individual sessions and small group offerings available.

NARM-Informed Group for Helping Professionals

Living room with a wooden sideboard, framed picture, decorative vases, a plant on a coffee table, books, and a pumpkin decoration.

For therapists, caregivers, and helpers who spend their days supporting others.

This group offers a place to receive support yourself — for exploring the humanity of being in a helping role. Together we can just be curious, notice and hold space for what comes up — while building self-trust and compassion for our own humanity. Gentle space for restoring your nervous system and relational connection.

A space where you don’t have to be the strong one.

Mini Sabbaticals: Therapeutic Intensives

Person holding a white mug filled with tea or coffee, with both hands around the mug.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more information or another thing to do, but intentional space to slow down, listen, and reconnect.

Mini Sabbaticals (therapeutic intensives) are personalized restorative experiences designed around your unique season of life. Drawing from nature, nervous system regulation, reflection, movement, and therapeutic support, these experiences create space for deeper rest, clarity and renewal.

Perfect during seasons of burnout, transition, or when you feel something in your life is ready to shift.

Sabbaticals

A frozen coastal landscape with two large rugged rocks and ice covering the ground, with the sun peeking through the rocks and a distant shoreline in the background.

Opportunities to step away from daily demands and immerse yourself in deeper rest, reflection, and renewal.

Sabbaticals offer an extended time to step away from your roles and routines and simply be. They create space for curiosity, aliveness, wonder and meaningful connection - with yourself, you body, nature and what matters most. Faith integrated options available.

Designed to feel like a true exhale.

Who This Is For

These offerings may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel chronically stressed or stretched thin

  • Notice signs of burnout or compassion fatigue

  • Are a helper, therapist, caregiver, or parent who gives more than you receive

  • Want support but aren’t necessarily seeking therapy

  • Crave rest, reflection, and reconnection

  • Want to build more sustainable ways of living and caring for yourself

You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart to deserve support.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause. To rest. To listen.

To tend to yourself with the same care you offer everyone else.
